Webmasterette's note 4/14/11: I have FINALLY added some new content! Thanks to David Gross (class of '57), Nick Nietzke (class of '62) and Karla (Pearson) Eberly (class of '65), I have added a few more Punch pages and articles. Chuck Cuttell (class of '62) corrected some incorrect info about the first Cattlefeeder football team and added some interesting factoids. Also, I'm still scanning other Punch's and articles, but my real job keeps getting in the way...this site is taking a lot longer than I anticipated.
My mom, Alvena Koehnk (class of '40) loaned me her Punch collection from 1940 through the early 1980s, tho there are a few missing in between. My dad, the late Ray Koehnk (class of '39) left quite a treasure-trove of late 1930s Cattlefeeder articles and memorabilia in his scrapbooks, which he was kind enough to loan me, as well... some amazing stuff there!
My apologies for the delay in getting more content up here - I will continue to plug away at this until hopefully one day ALL the relevant Cattlefeeder info is on the site. Please continue to check back - I hope you will find the new additions worth the wait.
- Susan
